Erdogan: Security Starts in Aleppo, Damascus, and Beirut

President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, cautioned on Wednesday that Israeli strikes against Syria and Lebanon have begun to pose a danger to Turkey.

"The safety of Turkey doesn't start in Hatay, but instead in Aleppo, Damascus, and Beirut. We won't accept any completed actions in our neighboring nations, nor will we ignore any assaults directed at them," warned Erdogan.

He further mentioned that from the moment it was established, Israel "has consistently posed a threat to peace and stability in our area."
